Vitamin D Can Help People With Sleep Disorders

A study titled “The effect of vitamin D supplement on the score and quality of sleep in 20–50 year-old people with sleep disorders compared with control group” indicates that taking a vitamin D supplement could help improve sleep quality in folks with sleep disorders.  Obviously this should be discussed with your physician, but it’s interesting to know that something this  simple can help your sleep quality.  I always discuss the link between sleep apnea and damage to the teeth so this article definitely piqued my interest!
