We believe that our patients are our most valuable customers, not the insurance companies or managed care organizations. We accept most out-of-network insurance plans and our financial coordinator can happily help our patients file insurance claims. We will submit all your insurance claims and assist in getting your maximum benefit.
Most dental insurance plans are designed to help you pay for only a portion of your treatment. We recommend that you review your policy and if something doesn’t make sense, we are always happy to help you. To help maintain our excellent customer service, we ask for payment of your insurance co-pay on the day of treatment. By doing this we can devote more quality time to your dental needs and reduce our focus on the needs of the ever-changing insurance world.

Payment is due on the day service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We are happy to accept cash or personal check for payment in full and offer a 5% bookkeeping discount for the use of this payment method. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are also accepted.
We also offer a special interest free financial plan which allows for payment of treatment to be extended up to 12 months.

Checks returned NSF are subject to a $25.00 charge and future payments may be requested in cash, cashiers check or by credit card. Accounts past due 60 days are subject to a $8.00 service charge per month on the existing balance.
